What's required for Ford Intelligent Backup Power?
To use your F-150 Lightning as a home backup power source, you need the Charge Station Pro plus Ford's Home Integration System (HIS). We can install both. This feature is only available with the F-150 Lightning.
Do I need a 200A panel for the Charge Station Pro?
Yes, the Charge Station Pro requires a 100A circuit, which typically means you need a 200A main panel. If you have a 100A panel, we can upgrade it as part of the installation.
Can I use the Charge Station Pro with a Mustang Mach-E?
Yes! While the Intelligent Backup Power feature is F-150 Lightning only, the Charge Station Pro works great with the Mach-E and delivers the fastest possible home charging.
How does Ford Charge Station Pro compare to Tesla Wall Connector?
